Résumé

Personality is what distinguishes the individual from other people, and this leads to considering identity as an individual subject or personal effort that preserves the identity of the individual and distinguishes him from others. In contrast, the group has a large share in shaping identity, which forces us to talk about the identity of the group. Therefore, the subject of this research revolves around collective identity and its manifestations in the nation. Based on the above, the problem that I will seek to answer can be formulated as follows: If the concept of identity is usually associated with the individual and his personality, how can we prove that belonging to the nation creates a personality and a collective identity?
