Résumé

In this article, we will discuss the importance of interdisciplinary approaches emphasized by contemporary novel themes and urgent social issues. Writing about wars, chronic diseases, terrorism, and illegal migration represents major focal points that necessitate the integration of related sciences, as these are pressing issues that require active discussion and the consideration of scholars' perspectives from various disciplines.

The aim of this article is to demonstrate how these sciences can contribute to solving a specific literary or social issue. Our findings indicate that analyzing contemporary selfhood requires multiple perspectives and disciplines to address its crisis and psychological fluctuations in response to societal transformations, globalization, and the dominance of materialism over values.
