بين المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الاركيولوجي - مقاربة في كتاب حفريات المعرفة لميشال فوكو-
Résumé
Methodologies endure as instruments for interrogating knowledge, truth, and significance. During the early Renaissance, Western scholarship prioritized the historical method as the only way to extrapolate the past in all its facets. However, this method soon revealed its shortcomings, prompting a fresh research based on new data, leading to the inception of several methodologies. Of these, the archaeological method was the most closely aligned with historical aims, but employed distinct mechanisms, as elucidated by figures like Michel Foucault. This type of approach reflects the postmodernist slogans that call for questioning silence, knowing that the truth does not appear clearly but always requires someone to try to explore it for the purpose of approaching some of its aspects.
