Résumé

Traditional linguistic studies paid some attention to the text recipient, but only aspart of the objectives of the creator’s speech. Then, the recipient began to receive attention in the post-structural stage as a focus in communication,but the attention often turned toliterary texts in the first stage thatthe addressee did notreceive enough attention. This is why this research, in which the addresseebecomes the main element in the study through the key to the rhetoric of theaudience who cares about the recipient’s discourse based on the focus on hisresponse to the discourses he receives, by concentrating on the rhetorical responseof the Algerian Twitterer Karim Saidi on Twitter, where heshowed rational rhetorical responses in the face of authoritarian discourses usingvarious rhetorical means in the face of these discourses.
