Résumé


This research aims at proving that Ibn Wahb (335 H) is the founder of the art of discursive linguistics in Arabic literature. This claim is supported by the qualities of his writings. He is the first writer with independent masterpieces in this field. Second, he is well aware of the techniques of discourse analysis in all its different types and braches, making good use of his Arabic and Islamic culture. Also, he made use of the foreign cultures of his time, avoiding modeling and molding for the sake of argumentation and innovation.
