Résumé

This paper provides an examination of Ahmed Hidouche’sThe Breaths of Night (  ) from two theoretical perspectives: first the analysis will be conducted with reference to the theoretical inner linguistic analysis provided by Jacque Lacan. It will be complemented by the components of psychoanalysis theory inspired from Freud. Our reading is concerned with the semantic field of the texts and the poetic analysis of the introverted self as it appear in whole texts.
